Hey everyone,
I am new to the world of fitness but have recently gained a lot of interest in it. As a small kid i was on the fatter side and always put off loosing weight, now at 16 weighing 194 (after loosing 10 pounds in one month) i am looking to become more fit. My goals are mostly to loose the 20-30 extra pounds of fat that i have, plus gain a lot more upper body strength. It will be nice meeting all of you.
