Hello.

Hello, I recently decided to commit to exercising regularly. Let's face it, I won't have a kickin metabolism forever. I'm twenty years old, a female. I live in a rural area, there are Y's around, but no gym or yoga studios. I live about 15 miles out in the boonies so that's out anyway.

I'm 5'5 and about 107lbs. My goal is to be a bit healthier and in better shape. Weight isn't an issue but I do smoke a couple packs a day and eat complete garbage. I'm twenty and I get get winded running just about any distance at all (never have been a runner anyway). I've never been athletic and have realistic goals.

My plan is yoga daily (I'm still very much a beginner) and a small workout every other day that I will add to as I'm able (it consists of several different crunches and pushups). I am open to any advice and hope to learn a few new things here!
