Hello!

Hi everyone! I'm a 19 year old female working hard to improve my lifestyle. I recently took a 15-week weight training course, which really jump-started my fitness program. During those 15 weeks, I was able to gain 1/2 inch around my unflexed bicep, which proved to me that I have much room for improvement and that I am able to do it.

My current goal is to develop the oh-so-evasive sixpack. I hope that by joining this forum I can get helpful tips and encouragement, and maybe even help someone else toward their goals by offering the same.
