Hi... my name is Harold. I'm new to this forum. I just got a membership to Bailey Total Fitness and i'm going to start working out soon. I just want to be tone but at the same time..muscular. I gotta lose my gut first.

Anyone have tips on what i should do weekly basis and what is a healthy diet that i should get into?

See the stickies, but in a nutshell: weight training, cardiovascular workouts and diet will get you the results you want.
