Hello

Hey everyone my name is Shivam, I have been looking for a nice forum board for weight loss and training and I finally decided to create an account on this one. I'm new to all of this and I can barely remember the last time I ran or even lifted any weights. By signing up to this board, I really hope to begin working out as soon as possible little by little and keep on doing so for the rest of my life.

My current goals for this summer would be to just start to exercise so I can begin to lose weight and lift weights at the same time. I'm not familiar with any workouts so I do plan on learning something from here such as a few workouts I can do at home and learn what I should do in the gym as well. If anyone has any videos or threads that would help me, please post them on this thread as it would help me a lot.

Hey, glad to have a new member. As far as things you can do at home, I'd highly recommend getting into bodyweight exercises and kettlebell training. I have a bunch of tutorials and sample workouts on my website, please check it out and let me know what you think!

If kettlebell training interests you(which it should if your serious about getting into shape, then you should think about buying a kettlebell(or two!) Id recommend dragondoor kettlebells over any other brand. . Hope this helps, let me know if you ahve any questions!
