Welcome to the forums. Hope you find a lot of useful information

I am not great at nutrition, but it appears you drink a lot of shakes. I am sure people with more knowledge will ask questions and post comments.

good luck getting down the 20lbs you want to lose.

welcome to the forum

what do you DO at the gym for a "few hours"??????????

how is your water intake?

alcohol?

i drink about 2 gallons of water a day because i sweat alot when i am at the gym. when i am working out i am there for a few hours because i hit the weights really hard and do a bunch of differnet exercies and mulitple sets. its worked good for me in the past. i drink maybe once a week but not beer though crown and diet caffine free coke.

from your first post it sounds liek you are "stuck" and holding onto some weight.

It's pretty technical to figure that out.

give us all the detail you can.

As an example 2 gallons of water a day is major- unless you weight 350 lbs. You rinse all your electrolytes out. Then your body (or subconcious mind) knows it better keep the water, because it does not have the sodium, magnesium, and pottasium, to utilize water effectively.

sweating alot is an example of your body running thru alot of fluid hunting for what it needs.

ok slow down on the water intake sounds doable, but i also like to sit in the sauna after a long workout to relax a bit. i take a multi-vitam everyday, nano vapor pre-workout, and just my whey by cyto sports, 3 times a day. i get proper sleep everynight probably to much average 9-10 hours a night. eat 4-5 times a day healthy.

My lifting schedule is 7 days a week
MON-Chest and Bi
TUES-BACK
WED-Shoulders and tri
Thursday- legs
THEN I REPEAT THE REST OF THE WEEK

anything you need to know
