Hello...

I am joining this sight to share what I know and have learned about fitness. I also joined the weight loss site as I am almost 35 years old, 5'10" and weigh 158 pounds, however that was not always the case. As of now, I have lost 28.5 pounds and am in excellent shape, as I watch what I eat as well as train three times per week (not to mention my daily cario workout).

I would like to help other's do the same. I do log my fitness writings elsewhere: , but I would like to participate and bounce information back and forth between individuals here as well. I have been training with some body builders, a prospective stunt man, and some semi-professional athletes. Needless to say, I have amassed some knowledge.

Anyway, I look forward to interaction within the community!

Wow...so many questions for the new guy...

First, thanks for the welcome.

Next, to answer your question about what I did yesterday to sweat: I participate in a sport/lifestyle called Parkour which is, essentially effcient movement of the human body. It is a heck of a work out just training.

My goals are to continue to stay fit and trim as well as develop my explosive strength pushing my limits further and further.
