Hi, i am fairly new to this website. But i hope to post here often to increase my potential in losing weight and keeping it off with the knowledge/tips that i can learn from this website.
I would post some pictures if i could find my camera, but my goals are:
- To lose enough weight so i look good for the beach in the summer.
- To overall improve my happiness, and not have to worry about people commenting about my weight
- to fill up the free time i currently have that i am wasting away, that could be put to some real use instead of wasting it away watching television and eating snacks.
- To increase my skill level/athleticism in a particular sport that i enjoy, and become more involved with it. e.g. watch it on TV, play it with my friends outside on a hot summer day. (In case your wondering i love playing hockey )
There is more, but lots of them fit in with each other.
