Hey My name's Andrew i'm 18 and in New York.. I currently weigh about 350.. And i'm 5'8... .. I wasn't really THAT worried with my weight but i recently went to the doctor and my Blood pressure is 140/80.. So I guess Now's the time to Lose the weight. I really want to start going to the gym eating right and taking any supplements to help me get rid of the weight but i honestly don't know where to start.. I really can't afford a personal trainer.... I need to lose about 180 pounds give or take. Any suggestions? i'm prepared to do anything to lose the weight I really want to drop it off as soon as possible in the most healthiest way.. I want to attend college in florida in september or october and i wanna get in shape for that!
.. I have ALOT of stretch marks and most likely gonna have lose skin.. Well that's all about me.
