Hello

Hi everyone My name is matt and I have joined this forum to hopefully give advice and get advice. I currently weigh about 180-185lbs and am 6ft tall. This has not always been so however. About 3 years ago, I began to workout and diet seriously and within 2 years I lost about 100lbs. Unfourtunately I made some mistakes along the way and lost and gained a couple of times, but I have maintained weight for about 8 or 9 months now and plan to continue that regimen. After losing the wieght I had a lot of problem with loose skin with small pockets of fat especially in my stomach area. To lose that I started overtraining which I know now, but have gotten some pretty good advice so for about 2 months now I have been making some drastic improvements and have been seeing a lot of good changes in my abdominal area. I have also learned alot about how to deal with the problem so if any one wants advice on this issue which seems to be a popular one I can help. However, I also need help. I found that by changing regimens more consistently that the results come faster and are better. Right now I am looking for even more advice on this issue or for any one that has already dealt with this problem and gotten through it. I also need help looking for different workouts to include in my regimen and any advice is welcomed. My other issue is building muscle while loosing that last bit of stubborn fat at the same time or if it can even be done with my high metabolism. Its seems that if I do cardio i just burn muscle not fat, but if I dont do cardio then my metabolism slows down and I just gain fat. I am in pretty good shape. I lift 4/5 days a week I do cardio 6 days a week and do a cardio class 1 day a week and probably spend about 12hrs a week working out total. I have 10%bf, my 5 mile time is about 28min, and I do 180 degree leg hang situps or incline sit ups with 45lbs. My diet usually consists of about 2800-3000 cals aday and Ieat pretty healthy with plently of fruits vegetables and protein. I Also need advice on how and when to increase in intensity for lifting regimens. I recently tried to increase weight and hurt my wrist a little bit. I also have the problem of knowing when to stop or I push my self to hard. I am up for any workout routine you can throw at me and liked to be challenged. Thanks
