Hello.

Hello, i really have no clue what to say.... so i'll just describe myself... and what i would be grateful to try and accomplish.

my name is Kris, the last i checked i was almost 500 lbs. i have no car or license so i can never get away from my bad neighborhood in order to get to a gym... i am 29 years old... and i have been haveing pains in my sides that come and go for almost 5 years now... and the doctors just keep telling me to come back for more tests and have found nothing on any CT scans...

i work to the best that i can, but it hardly pays the bills and lets me keep going from day to day...

i got to the point where i just thought nothing mattered anymore in life, and i would do anything to be healthy again... if anyone could please tell me where i could possibly find an affordable treadmill and possibly a exercise bike that would support my weight it would be greatly appreciated.

thanks!~

I would start by walking around the neighborhood a bit, buy a 10 dollar pedometer and walk everywhere... anywhere... if it's that bad outside, go up and down the stairs of your apartment for 30 minutes a day, you'll start feeling better.

Talk to a nutritionist-dietician. And have a meal plan. You do not need that treadmill. Just walk it off for now regularly.

Oh, and one more thing. If you truly want a treadmill (if you don't feel comfortable walking in your neighborhood), then you might check your local newspaper want ads, or craigslist. People are always trying to get rid of exercise equipment they don't use anymore, and usually let it go dirt cheap.

Best of luck to you!
