Hey all. I joined this forum to learn exercises that trim off love handles to achieve a sculpted body. I run 4-5 miles 4 times a week and I also do a unique situp technique in addition to weight lifting. I've lost 8 pounds in the last 7 weeks with the help of healthy eating.
