My name is Liz and I live in NYC. I've been slacking off for months. I'm back in the groove. I've done an overhaul with my eating, now to get back in shape. I'm annoyed because it seems when you hit a certain age, the weight just hangs around. I know it didn't come on overnight, but I wish it would come off just a little quicker.

Yep that seems to be the case. It takes a long time to put it on and a long time to take it off.

I'm 48 and preparing for my first triathlon in less than 2 months, Junior. BTW, my younger son was born in 91 as well.
