Hello, I am new on here, and hope I can pass on some advice and guidance on healthy living methods.
I am a qualified fitness instructor, martial artist, nutritionist, and life coach.
I have helped many many people to gain body confidence, and still do to this day.

Hey John, welcome. I am sure your advice and guidance will be welcome and valued here.

You should start a diary and tell us more about yourself. What are your goals and how are you achieving them? I assume from your post that you are in pretty good shape, if I am right how did you get there, and what are you doing to stay there?
 
Hi - yeah I think I will - but more from a view of common mistakes (I made and People make) , fitness tips and nutrition / supplements that are beneficial to overall health -
