Welcome to the forum! Do you have any fitness or weight loss goals that you'd like to share? What are you currently doing or planning to do to get to those goals?
 
At the moment I need to loose a few pounds as the summer will be here quickly, my plan is a diet(worked for me all the time) based mostly on brown rice, protein rich food and salads, and doing cardio as I am a huge fan of it.


Sometimes we just need some motivation from others.
