hello to all i am new here and like to have some tips to loose my huge weight , i hate my own body so i just want to lose my weight . please i want some one to suggest me the fast and quick way to loose my weight.
 
There is no fast and quick way to lose weight. You didn't put it on overnight, and you won't get rid of it overnight either.

To lose weight, you need to eat less calories than you burn in a day, so working on your diet and doing some exercise should be your way to lose weight. If you could tell us a bit more about yourself (age, height, gender, what you eat, if you exercise etc.), then I'm sure you could get some suggestions.

It is always worth putting your data into a BMI calculator to ensure that you actually need to lose weight. Some people come to the forum because they are dis-satisfied with their shape - when their weight is healthy but they need to exercise in order to improve their toning.

If your BMI indicates that you do need to lose weight - then the following are brilliant first steps:

  • become more active by walking more - you can wear a pedometer and try to do 10,000 steps a day or maybe join a gym or exercise class
  • cut down on or try to cut out junk food and take-aways
  • ensure that you are drinking enough water - a lot of us aim for 1 ounce for every 2 pounds that we weigh
  • 5-a-day - try to have at least 5 portions of veg or fruit each day
  • try to cook food in a healthy way - by using things like oil spray (I use fry light) and checking the calorie content of sauces...

Naturally you can improve things from there in a number of ways - but this will get you off on a good start.

As San says - healthy weight loss does take time... You are learning new eating habits for your new healthy lifestyle.
Weight loss methods that market themselves as being extremely fast do not do this - so have a tendency for people to regain their lost weight as soon as the diet ends which in itself is not healthy...

There is no way that I know of that doesn't require some dedication and hard work over a period of time. Two surefire things I swear by for losing weight

1. Eat less
2. Move more

In the beginning I started taking small, simple steps.

Getting coffee or water in the morning instead of energy drinks or soda
Pulling the children in their wagon every night around the neighborhood
Making healthier choices at fast food and restaurants. Snack wraps or salads instead of burgers and fries.

These were tiny small changes that were almost imperceptible in my life in the beginning, but I slowly started to see results, and my weigh loss program slowly started to transform into what it is today. Unfortunately it doesn't happen overnight, and I was unable to jump straight into the deep end of the fitness pool. I had to take baby steps.

Starting with those simple small steps, I am now, 95 lbs later, an avid cyclist, health nut.
Be patient and make some changes.
