Hello everyone, i'm Tom and I have come on here for support loosing weight. I am currently around 19 stone, I am 6ft 5 so it isn't to obvious.

I want to be about 15 stone, but above all, I want to learn to eat healthy, exercise and be happy with my body and myself as a whole.

What have you done to make a start with these things?

Are you thinking of joining a gym or simply planning on becoming more active... My first steps towards exercise were that I started going out on a walk every day. Now I do tons of exercise.

Drinking sufficient (1 ounce for every 2 pounds that we weigh) water and cutting out or down on junk are great first steps towards improving our food plan. Having 5-a-day portions of fruit and veg is good too.
