Hello!

None Like Rob

Hello everyone,

Names Rob, I'm a 29 year old male that got a rude awakening to how out of shape I was. I started going to the Gym a couple weeks ago, and I just feel like I am doing things all wrong. I cannot afford personal trainers and all that, so I came here to hopefully get some help in getting me in the right direction. I am looking to lose about 40 pounds, and want to tone up. After I meet those two goals, I want to continue on with muscle building.

Check out the exercise section and I am sure that you will find lots of great information.
There is also a lot of exercise information on our parent site at fitness.com -which would be worth investigating...

If your gym is anything like mine - there will be people who are only too willing to help if you have any queries on how to do things... You don't always need to pay for personal training to get a bit of help.
