Hi, I'm (obviously) new here. I don't really have a lot (any) weight to lose, as I'm 6'3" at like 145-155 pounds, in the lower average section BMI-wise, but I've always stayed skinny I presume because since I'm young I have a decent metabolism and I used to do sports.
However now that I'm in college I stopped doing sports and most exercise and at my job I spend 8 hours a day on the computer and some hours at home so I'm not sure how my weight is going to go, plus I never eat healthy (when I eat at all), so I thought it might be nice to join a place where I could learn how to eat better and live a more healthy life style.
