Hello, I'm Lee.

I recently (3 weeks ago) became motivated to lose fat and get into shape. Both parents who i live with have went on fad diets (weight watchers and slimfast) and i'm challenging myself to beat them with plain old healthy eating and exercise. And, i'm winning!!

I've started with a meal plan consisting of fresh chicken/fish/beef, smaller portions, getting my five a day, loads of water and eating more regularly.

For the first 2 weeks i lost 9lbs, mostly water weight but it was a confidence boost none the less. This took me from 14st and 1lb to 13 and 6lb. I now write here at 13st and 1lb. Thats a whole stone dropped. From my peak of 14st and 6lb i am quite happy. My aim is around 12st with minimum body fat.

My exercise routine is still on slack side with a 7am jog kickstarting my day and replacing my breakfast for a recovery shake and a banana.
Body fat has definitely dropped.

My problem is i will have to drastically change my routine in 2 weeks as i go back to sea (marine engineer) so 8 hours a day i will be in a hot engine room and my eating habits will be irregular.

Oh well, sorry for babbling. I'm sure i'll be loitering around these forums until i have my dream body!
