Hey welcome! What helped me in the past (before I stopped, ugh!) was to keep track of my calories. I started that up again and it's helped a lot. I was using Fitday but now I'm using MyFitnessPal since there's an app for it on my phone which really enables me to keep track easier. Having a diary on here helped me too, made me more accountable and got lots of support through it. Hopefully that will help you start!
