Last year I lost 50 lbs from eating a healthy planned diet and exercising. I went from 250 to 200. I looked fantastic and I felt fantastic. Then I got engaged and got a new job and before long I had no time to cook healthy like I did before. Now I am up to 260 lbs. But it's okay because I am recommitting myself to a healthy life. I am happier when I am healthy and I deserve it. I am pumped to join you on this journey.
