Hi, Name's Josh. I'm 20, 5'4 and 260 Lbs (118.6 Kilos).Ever since late middle school i have been overweight.It really started when i first moved to were i am at.I am a light smoker (Working on quitting Down to quarter of a pack a day,from a pack a day). I'm currently trying to get my health on track in terms of i don't want my tire of fat anymore.Iv looked online and what i have come up with is that at my height i should be in the 130-150 Lbs range.I'm here not for and quick tip's or easy way's through this. I'm here for support and a helping hand in the direction of healthiness.
