Hello everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a 25 year old girl who has always had problems with my weight. I'm 5ft tall and I weigh about 178lbs.Most of my weight is in my stomach and hip area. I have really small arms and legs and just need to tone them up a bit.I'm also a type 1 diabetic and have high blood pressure. I'd really like to weigh about 115lbs, someday. I've started watching how many calories I take in a day. I'm getting ready to join a gym and between classes and work I plan on working out for an hour 5-6 days a week if I can.I've tried losing weight so many times before but always got discouraged because I didn't see the results I wanted too. I've never been much on working out but I know that its necessary.I hope I can do this, but I know that I am really going to need a lot of support, and I'm just not getting that from friends and family.
