Hiya

My name is Sara and I'm from the UK. I'm 23, 5'8ft and I weigh between 231 - 245lbs. I'd love you lose about 100lbs, but I am quite impatiant and so whenever I try to diet I can rarely stick to it coz I want to see weightloss right off the bat!
I thought I'd join to see how everyone else loses weight and how to mantain that weight when you reach your target...

hi welcome to weight loss forum :) weight loss is a slow process. once you kind of adjust to what is usually lost on a monthly basis you know what to expect.

best to start a diary of some kind of progress chart you have to update weekly or daily. so you can track your progress and stay motivated.
