Fray Bentos

I like pies which is why my username is Fray Bentos… Actually I like a lot of convenient foods, more so bakeries and cakes, Cornish pasties and such things. I do not eat McDonalds or the like but have occasionally eaten a KFC which to be honest I am not too fussed about either..
I work in an office in the UK and my role involves sitting quite comfortably sipping back coffees and dipping biscuits… By all accounts I know I am in a position t plan my meals, make them at home and keep them in the fridge here, and I do just that ! I also never turn down something from the bakers which is almost visited every single day. With my Cornish Pasty I have some crisps, and with my crisps a snickers (double snickers). So I then have my home prepared meals and my fresh from bakers greasy pie, crisps and chocolate and I eat the dam lot.
I have looked on the net as to why I am so greedy “glutton” of course. I understand most like me don’t or can’t recognise the variations in what is Appetite, Hunger, Thirst or Full. Whether I have yet to grasp the difference or not I am uncertain but one thing I know I am struggling with is my Gluttonous habit of stuffing it in without thought..
I think that’s why I need a regimented diet. I am not one to struggle with routine in my life and I can often function the most effectively when I have a plan. Just let’s see how well that works when it is my food cravings that suffer shall we?

My intentions are to start a diet entry and look back at this in 6 months – 1 years time and say

“you know what, being fit and healthy feels much better than that junk food tastes”
