My name is Sara, I am 23 yrs old and going to college. I've ballooned up to 170lbs (highest weight i've ever been) It's painful to look at my before and after pictures.
I bought an elliptical trainer and I am ready to take on this challenge. I will not let food rule my life. I will lose the weight
