Hi, everyone,

This seems like such a nice board, not too slow, not too busy, good information and lots of nice people.

I'm looking forward to keeping a diary here, I've heard so often that journaling makes us more conscious eaters and I sure need that.
I've unconsciously eaten my way to almost 200 pounds!

There are a lot of people here in the same boat. I myself find comfort knowing that there are so many people here who understand what I'm going through.:grouphug:

Whoa! I'm going to have to log off this site. I didn't know that I was automatically subscribed to something that would repeat my posts for all to see on my shared computer.

I can see now that there's a place to "unsubscribe," but it's too late.

This " have all your posts sent to your e-mail box," stuff should be something you elect to do, not something that is pre-set.

I belong to lots of message boards and this is the first time this has happened.
 
Hi, i am on the same boat here.
How many calories are you planning to eat a day to lose weight? So far I'm sticking to only 1,300cals
