Hello everyone!

I'm Sarah and I'm new!
I'm from the UK, and am aiming to lose 40lbs - I've entered a half marathon in march to try to keep me motivated, and any tips and encouragement are greatly appreciated!

How do you plan on going about the 40 lb weight loss? Better yet, how do you plan on maintaining said weight loss?

Having a big goal like a half marathon is a great start. Just keep in mind life after it.
