Hi All! I'm new to this site, but not so new to weight loss.

I was always a "chubby" kid and I grew up to be a chubby adult. At 33 years old I was my all time highest of 262 lbs (I'm only 5'6).

On a whim, I joined Weight Watchers. I honestly didn't think that it would work or that I would commit to it, but I was getting results and I stuck it out. Through diet and exercise I lost 96 lbs. It was much easier to lose it than to keep it off.

I have been gaining and losing ever since. :banghead: The problem is I never lose as much as I gain. I gained 40 lbs...lost 35....gained 45....lost 30, see where I'm going with this?

So now here I am only 40 lbs shy of my original highest weight (around 220). I'm not comfortable in my clothes and I don't feel well when I'm not eating right.

I decided to once again try to lose this weight. Thank you for listening and I hope to share success with you all in the future!
