I have been working-out, cardio, and basketball for over 10 years. I am 27 yrs old and I am engaged, getting married July 2011. I'm 6'0 about 190-95 and can stand to lose about 5-10lbs.
I really enjoy cardio but weight-lifting is something I really have to push myself to do. Usually only do it once or twice per week. I am looking for advice on weight-lifting that will give me a lean, tone, cut look.
Cardio I typically run 3k in about 23 min 5k per week. Should I mix it up with elyptical and/or other cardio workouts?
I'd really appreciate some insight!
