Hi guys!!

I'm a newbie here. After lurking for a bit I decided to join. Just trying to lose some weight the healthy way :eek:

I'm kind of new here too but I'm kind of getting a feel for the place.

Do you have any sort of game plan or rough idea for how you want to get started on accomplishing your goals?

Yep, I have a plan. After all, a goal without a plan is only a wish!

- Keep calories between 1200-1500
- No eating after 9pm
- Take vitamins & drink lots of water
- Exercise 3-5 times per week
- Drink green tea daily
- Sleep at 11pm

I already started a progress thread with a picture (see signature). Current weight is 155 (I'm 5'6) and my final goal is 120.
