Hello everyone!! I just joined and am looking forward to meeting new people and hopefully making some new changes in my life. I'm 5'9, 205 lbs and am looking to get down to around 160. I lost almost 30 lbs on nutrisystem and working out 3-4 days a week over the past 3 months. My gym has been closed down and that has caused me to not be as motivated and I've gained 10 of those 30 back. I seem to have a love-hate relationship with food and sometimes I go on only fruits/veggies and water while other days I'll eat until I'm sick. Hopefully being a member here and seeing others reaching their goals will also motivate me to finish what I started and get me back on a healthy track.
 
welcome. def keep your chin up and keep on pushing. Its all about stepping forward. There are a ton of helpful tips and people here. Make sure to read all the stickies they are extremely helpful to anyone. Good luck on your journey, if you need anything let us know.

I know personally if i had days of fruits/veggies and water i would probably go crazy with junk food after that. Im really trying to keep my diet healthy and calorie couting and eating regularly is really helping me.

Hi. Me too, but i tried to fix that by having a cheat/rest day in my diet. I would eat healthy the entire week but have a day where i could eat a scrumptious burger. it helps me to avoid wolfing down junk foods.
