I regularly visit the site but I've only just signed up now so.....
A little bit about me. :)

Weight has been a big issue for me for a long time. I've had eating problems in the past and became very thin, resulting in me piling on the pounds ever since. I'm not necessarily overweight (at least I don't think) but I am extremely close. It's more about becoming healthy for me than losing a bunch of weight. Ideally, I'd love to get down to about 125lbs. I'm currently 152lbs, and I've lose about 5lbs in the past two weeks so I take it my regime is working. :)

I do an hour's exercise a day. My typical daily intake it...

Breakfast:
30g of Bran Flakes with semi-skimmed milk
Mid Morning:
An Apple
Lunch:
100g of chicken in a tortilla wrap and an Activia yoghurt
Tea:
Salmon with steamed vegetables

I almost always have chicken or fish every day, but I realise I need to eat for more fruits and vegetables. I also drink a lot of water which tends to fill me up.
My excercise is usually lunges/squats/crunches along with jogging or aerobics.

I don't want to go overboard with not eating enough as I've been easily led down that path before. The slow weight loss is weird for me, but I've convinced myself it's the right way to do things, and it's going well so far. :) I'd really like to support others like myself and I respect everybody who's doing it the healthy way, we all know there's millions of fad diets tempting us all out there! I'd appreciate support, just having people there who are experiencing the same things would really help. :)
