hello eveyone.:seeya: my name is Erica, i'm 17 for now, and around 177lbs. well, i'm fairly active when i have to be. i'm a junior in high school and i'm doing my first year of varsity basketball, i've done 2 years of varsity volleyball, and i'll be doing my 3rd year of varsity soccer in the spring =](been playing for 8 years). i've also done horseback riding for the past 4 years.

but still, i'm overweight and i want to change. i'm ready for it. i'm tired of being the 'bigger' friend. my 18th birthday is april 10th and i really want to be around 140 for it. my main goal is to get down to 120. i'm moving in june at the end of this school year and will be starting my senior year all alone in a new school. i want to be confident and meet new friends with ease. plus, it'll be my first time back in the US in about 5 1/2 years and i'm actually pretty nervous. i'm determined to do this. i do not want to get any bigger and possible have health issues when i'm older b/c of it.

any help or advice on how to lose weight effectivly would be a big help. thanks! :waving:
