Hi to all, this is kate i m here because i would like to stay healthy. I like to keep fit and fine, for which i like to do regular exercises. But i would like to know more about fitness............
 
Welcome to the forum Kate. There are some great sections on exercise which I am sure that you will find interesting.

The other way that we look after our general state of health and fitness is in the food that we eat. I am sure that you will find the nutrition section to be interesting. You may like to get a free account from in order to check your own nutrition in order to ensure that your diet is as healthy as it could possibly be. Many of us believed that we were eating healthily until we checked to see whether we were getting enough protein, calcium, fibre etc. It is great to know that we are eating as healthily as we could ever be.
