Hey everyone, I'm Cli and I'm from Ireland. I'm 22 and have battled with my weight for a while now. Everytime I try to lose weight I seem to lose a couple pounds very slowly and then give up and pile an extra few on. I have gained 25 lbs since January and am extremely self concious about it. I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS which is making me feel less confident about my ability to lose weight. Enough is enough I can't take it anymore i need a change!! I'm really hoping this time it works!!

There is a lot of good information on the board here - be sure and read the sticky posts in the various forums.

Also I'd suggest registering for a free account at either fitday.com or thedailyplate.com so you can track your food and see how many calories you're getting. It'll also help you track your nutrients.

Omega is one of the women on this board who has dealt with PCOS and lost over 100 lbs and kept it off. She has lots of good information and resources. Be sure and find her posts!
