Hi everyone

A small introduction about myself. My name is William, im 23 years old and i've been in the U.S. navy for about 4 years now. I joined the weight-los forum because I'm tired of being overweight and want to change.
I was wondering if anyone would be able to give some good tips and advise.

Right now just started working out again and cut soda, sweets, and junk food out of my routine. My main workout is about a 1.5 hour cardio workout 3 time a week with 2 day strength workouts of about 1 hour and using Hydroxycut hardcore.

Any help like tips or advise would be a big help.

Thanks

My first tip would be ditch the Hydroxycut. Drugs aren't going to help and might cause harm.

Cutting out the junk and working out should show you some good results. :)

walk yourself slim

Hi make sure you drink at least 8pints of water. Will help keep you hydrated and help with hunger pangs, contains no calories at all. You can take up walking excellent for all muscles in the body and not to strenous!!
I managed to tone up by brisk walking 20minutes a day it works wonders.

hi Wlh, welcome to the forum, there is so much information and support here. I agree totally with KaraCooks, don't do the drugs to lose weight, Everything you have started will get you on the way to a healthier you. You are a young man who has been part of a very disciplined lifestyle due to the Navy, so you have what it takes to do this on your own *and with some emotional support from all of us :D*
Take care ~ Michelle

I thank you all for your valuable advise. Its good to know that I'm talking with other people who had this problem too. I now drink about 1.6L of water per half day that I work instead of the 2L of soda. The advise about brisk walking is good advise, but my rate in the Navy has me running all over the ship most of the day so that is covered. Stop taking the drug is good to because I noticed it has a lot of caffine, and thats why I quit drinking soda because of all the sugar and caffine in it.
Those pointers that you mentioned I would like to talk about them too.

Thanks all,
William
