Hey everyone,

My name is Jan and I started my weight loss journey about a year and a half ago. I was at 250+ and got down to about 200 in 2-3 months i forget. I've managed to keep the weight off for about a year and a few months which im proud about. I keep jumping from 204-206 every week. I'd lose 2 lbs during the week and on the weekends i'd get back up to 206. A lot of it is just water weight but then it just discourages me that i just can't get to my goal which is 180 (since im big boned)

I hope to find inspiration here and help.

I've also just recently started dreadlocking my hair and so far its going well lol i'm 1 week and 3 days into it and i guess i'd like to lose more weight so that my hair and my body are both beautiful haha.

Wish me luck! I have no diet plan yet nor do i have an exercise routine but I have been watching what i eat and it seems to help.
