Hi,
I've been yoyo-ing with my weight for about 9 years. Every time I yoyo put on more weight than I did previously.
When I get overweight I become really depressed and have low self-esteem, and end up eating more because it is like an emotional crutch for me. Then I reach a point where I can't take it anymore (I'm really ashamed of myself, and will avoid going out, to avoid people who know me).
When I reach that breaking point I resolve to go on a weight-loss regime, spending lots and lots of time at the gym, and I usually lose some weight. Then I become lax again and the cycle continues.
I'm hoping to find people here who have had similar experiences as me. Maybe we can all work together to help each other achieve our goals.
My goal is to lose 2-3 stone (28-42 pounds).
I bought a Wii Fit last week, which I hope will assist me in my weight-loss. I have decided to blog about it everyday, and post a picture every day. I'm hoping this will help keep me honest
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
The blog is at wiifit106.blogspot.com (I can't link until I have 15 posts).
