Hello everyone, having had a nosey around the forum over the last couple of days I thought I'd make my greetings. I'm a 26 year old male, 6'4" and 165lb. Which may not sound like alot for my height, but a quite a hefty chunk of that is concentrated round the gut! So, realising I resemble a 6-month pregnant man, changes are going to be made - the 'stickys' have been reallllly helpful! But if anyone has any further hints & tips on making a start please, feel free!
