Hey everybody just wanted to get my name out there so I could build a support system for the weight I want to lose. I am 19 and want to drop at least 15 lbs. I dont think the workouts are going to be a problem as I play rugby, but the FOOD might come as a challenge! Any help with good healthy reciepes would be great!
