hihi, I'm Dana and i'm 20. I came here after searching the internet for a weightloss fourm. I need to loose weight. I currently am 5'3" ,215 pounds with a good deal of it resting around my stomach and hips and thighs. I've been steadily gaining weight since i was 15. Now here I am desperate to loose weight, but yet every time I try I fail. I cant keep motivated, I love food and I'm lazy and hate moving. If I had my way the computer would be next to the bed.

But I want that all to change. I want to be able to go for walks without getting tired...or best yet I want to wear a skirt again without pants under it to keep from getting a rash where my thighs rub against each other :( I think most of all though I want to prove to myself I can do something I say I will.(my husband has given up trying to support me in this as i've tried so much in the pst two years and nothing he has tried helped.)

Last month i was actually doing great drinking lots of water eating less calories.(down from about 4-6,000 a day to 1900.) but then again we were also low on money and food. Then we go shopping this month and like a punch in the face all my hard work was undone.

So i'm here hoping to gain some support, ideas etc as to how to do this and not fail. How to gain the will to not eat out of bordem, stress..or simply overeating cause it tastes good...
