Hello =)

My name is Dustin Reeves. About one week ago, I decided to do a complete 180 degree turn to my lifestyle by incorporating exercise and *attempting* to eat more healthy foods. I am currently attending college in Tennessee and am quite broke, however, so the healthy choices are often limited to cafeteria food or on-campus dining locations (Chik-fil-A, Sandella's Flatbread, Mein Bowl, etc.). I have completely eliminated sodas and candy from my diet and currently drink ONLY water (5-8 half liter bottles per day). I have also began monitoring my portion sizes and eating slower.

Since I started working out last week, I have been doing 30-60 minutes of cardio each day along with weight training. I am fortunate enough to have a very devoted workout buddy, although he is much more fit than me, so it is slightly discouraging when we do cardio, but it also makes me strive to reach the same level of endurance as himself.

The weight training schedule is designed so that we alternate body workouts from day to day. Our current schedule is upper body->legs->abs->repeat. I have decided to make Sundays my off day.

General Information About Me

Age: 20

Height: 5'10"

Weight: 225 pounds

Waist Size: 36"

Weight Loss Goal: 45 pounds (180 pounds)

Thanks for reading! Please give constructive criticism where applicable! I think I'm well on my way to a healthier lifestyle, but, once again, the only hurdle that seems to be getting in my way is the limited college menu.

Sorry if it was a bit lengthy, but I hope you enjoyed reading it =)
