Just wanted to take a second to introduce myself....My name is Alicia and I am sooo excited to find this forum.

I'm 31, 5'6, 155 lbs, and a smoker. I have decided to take control of my life and be happy. I am quitting smoking and hope to lose 20-30lbs.
