Hello all. Well to put a long story short. I have let my self go with out realizing it. So I am setting a high goal of 10 lb a month using diet and exercise. Take care.
Hi there...I'm wanda nice to meet you...I am new here myself, I feel what you are saying and I am trying to do the same...working out before work and eating healthier...keep up the hard work and the pounds will come off. It does get discouraging at times but I continue to talk positive to myself...It did not come on over night so we have to be patient.
