Hey, I'm Chris. I'm a 17 year old student from New Zealand. I weigh 76kg and i'm about 1.75m tall. I'm not hugely overweight but I would like to lose 3-5kg to get a better figure.

I have started eating healthier since about last week and have been doing cardio everyday (20 mins of running at 11kph, 25mins cycling)

everyone here is very friendly =P have you thought of adding weight training into the mix?!?
 
hehe.. well mmm it helps build muscles and those burn calories faster... and you look more toned in the long run =P i think its a good idea^^
 
Cheers, I did some chin-ups, pull-ups and dips (Weight assisted, i'm not that strong yet.) today plus my usual cardio. Thanks for the good welcome
