Hi guys I'm new here and would just like to introduce myself.

My name is Pete, you can call me Petah...I'm a sophomore in high school and since my freshman year, I have dropped from 260 lbs to 220 and gained a significant amount of muscle. I'm still working on loosing more and thought this forum could help me stick to it.:waving:

EDIT: I i forgot to mention I'm 6'1". I thought it'd be a good idea to mention my height since i told my weight. My goal is to get under 200 in next couple months.

Good Job Pete. 22o is not that bad for 6'1" Do you lift? Are you in athletics at your school? Anyway best wishes on reaching your goal
 
yes i lift 3-5 days a week and then run afterward some days. In the spring I will throw for track. By then i want to be ~190.
 
I threw shot and disc in H.S. (many years ago) Then I played college football. It was good to be a big guy then and I was pretty fit. Then the adult world hit me in the face and I got less active and gained about 10Lbs a year for like 9 years in a row. I played football at a solid 246 and I was 336 last summer. Right now Im at 304. It is good your are getting a handle on this now. It can slip away from you
