I've been browsing this site for about a year. Looking through peoples photos, wondering how people kept their motivation to exercise and lose weight? I have tried dieting on and off for years now, but I never carry it out for very long:leaving:, giving up. I plan to lose 60 lbs by next year. I'll be happy with any weight loss at this point.

I bought a bottle of Relacore. Does anyone know if that stuff really works for stress? Has anyone ever heard of any lawsuits againt the company? What Relacore does is inhibits cortisol production in the gut, blocking them from attaching to the receptors, causing belly fat. Cortisol is essentially for life, so I haven't been taking the recommended dose of 6 tabs/ 3 times per day. I've been taking 4 tabs/day/twice daily.

I didn't buy it because it would somehow make me lose weight (exercise is needed for weightloss, I know this)...but I bought it to relieve stress.

Does anyone have any experience with Relacore?
