so my name is celia...of course like everyone else that posted something on here...im new. im looking for good tips/help on maybe how to lose another 10-15 lbs and to tone tone tone! i just had a kid--well not just, like a yr ago--and im looking to get into tip top shape. ive always wanted to be a personal trainer but well my body just doesnt look any where near good enough. im a vegitarian, i run, i could workout more but its hard to being a single, full-time working mom. i do have a 24 hour fitness membership tho and any advice or whatever is wanted! nice to meet all you guys!
 
Hello and Kudos to you being a single mom... I just don't know how you women do it!

I suggest you check out the stickie threads on exercise as well as nutrition. You can find some great tips on how to get started as well as create a workout in the gym that will get you the results you want.

The people here are amazing, they will motivate and support you the whole way through. And remember to always ask questions!
